Car Lift Company USA is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who pick and pack the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@mycarlift.net with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The administration office is 1175 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30361, United States. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
