You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind on an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. That is this shop's own policy: there is no federal cooling-off period on an online purchase in the United States. You pay return shipping and a non-refundable $29 per order handling charge, and refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the item.
If it arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described we put it right at no cost to you, return shipping included, and the 15 day window and its handling charge do not apply. Nothing on this page limits the implied warranty of merchantability or any right your state's consumer protection law gives you.
